Can contractors or homeowners use OrencoStore.com?
Everyone is welcome to browse our products here, but our products are sold only by our authorized Distributors and AdvanTex Dealers. To order, follow the Distributor Locator link on the home page to find the Distributor or AdvanTex Dealer nearest you. Visit www.orenco.com to learn more about our products.

Are all of Orenco's products available here?
Yes, all except commercial treatment systems. However, only our top-selling products are displayed in the browsable categories. To order any other product, use the "Search" or "Order Express" feature.

Why can't I order commercial treatment systems?
At this time, the system can't accommodate orders for commercial treatment systems because our engineers have to review these orders. Please continue to place these orders by sending a purchase order. You can,however, use OrencoStore.com to order replacement parts and STEP packages.

What prices am I seeing?
When you log in, you see the actual net prices for your company.

Can I see previous orders and the status of current orders?
Yes -- even orders that were not placed through OrencoStore.com. The ship date will appear once the order ships. Back-ordered items will be highlighted in yellow.

I have a coupon for a discount -- can I use it here?
Yes. Use Order Express to place your order, and enter your coupon code as the last item on your order. The discount will be applied to the entire order.

How do I order custom products?
After you log in, you'll see a "Custom Orenco Products" category. All available custom products will be listed there, along with instructions for ordering them.

Are OrencoStore.com orders processed the same as other orders?
OrencoStore.com orders are processed using an automated system. The advantage is that they're processed immediately; the disadvantage is that they're not reviewed by a Technical Sales Rep. This means that if you entered the wrong model code, you'll get the wrong item.

You'll receive an order acknowledgement e-mail immediately after placing your order; be sure to review it carefully to make sure that your order is correct. When the shipment is scheduled, you'll also receive a regular order confirmation via e-mail. If you find a problem on either of these, immediately call your Orenco Technical Sales Rep to correct it.

How do I specify the shipping method for my order?
Orenco will choose the best shipping method. If you have special shipping requirements, explain them in the "comments" section of your order.
